Safa is a dentist with advanced training in sedation, dental implants and oral surgery, mentored by leading consultants and specialists across the UK. Alongside her clinical work at Haven Dental Clinic, she also teaches Oral Surgery at King’s College London University.

Having experienced severe dental phobia herself, Safa underwent sedation for dental treatment when she was younger. That life-changing experience not only helped her overcome her fear, but also inspired her to become a dentist dedicated to supporting anxious and phobic patients. This personal journey is now at the core of her work at Haven Dental Clinic, where she focuses on providing safe, calm and reassuring treatment under sedation.

Safa graduated from King’s College London with dual degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Dentistry, earning multiple academic prizes. She then secured one of the highest-ranked positions to enter dental training in London.

She has since worked across major London hospitals in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Surgery, Sedation and Special Care, and Oral Medicine. She has also completed her Royal College of Surgeons examinations, as well as a qualification in Dental Public Health and Leadership
