Our Story

At Haven Dental Sedation Clinic, our mission is simple: to make safe, gentle, and affordable sedation dentistry accessible to every patient who needs it.

Across the UK, many patients struggle to access dental treatment under sedation. NHS waiting lists are long, not all procedures are available under sedation, and some patients are not accepted due to dental phobia or complex needs. We saw a need — and we built a solution.

Our clinic exists to provide the most affordable private sedation dentistry in the UK, giving nervous patients, those with dental phobia, and anyone seeking stress-free dental care a place where they feel safe, supported, and confident.

Why do we exist?

The reason Haven Dental Sedation Clinic was founded is deeply personal. Dr. Safa, our sedation specialist, experienced severe dental phobia as a patient. She underwent multiple sedation treatments and overcame her fears, which inspired her to become a dentist — and later a trained sedationist.

HAVING LIVED THROUGH DENTAL FEAR HERSELF, DR. SAFA KNOWS HOW ISOLATING, OVERWHELMING, AND ANXIETY-INDUCING DENTAL TREATMENT CAN FEEL. HER JOURNEY IS NOW AT THE CORE OF HAVEN’S PHILOSOPHY: EVERY PATIENT DESERVES CALM, COMPASSIONATE CARE, AND THE CONFIDENCE TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY, BEAUTIFUL SMILE.

WE OPENED HAVEN DENTAL SEDATION CLINIC TO BRIDGE THE GAP FOR PATIENTS WHO:

2. Have dental anxiety and phobia
3. Struggle with strong gag reflexes
4. Want cosmetic dentistry but fear discomfort
5. Need dental implants or oral surgery but it is complex or they are anxious
6. Need lengthy treatments but want to feel relaxed and at ease when having them done
